Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Seguro Tech LLC handles information when you visit segurotechs.com or contact us.

Information you choose to provide
Seguro Tech LLC receives information you voluntarily send by email or through our consultation form, including your name, email address, phone number, project description, and any details you include. Consultation requests, follow-up notes, and invoice drafts are stored with our hosting provider and are accessible only to the owner and staff granted access for their work. We use this information to review your project, respond by email or phone, provide support, protect our services, and maintain necessary business records. Internal email alerts may be sent through Microsoft 365 with a request reference and a link to our private inbox. Customer contact details and project descriptions stay in the private inbox rather than the alert email. Submitting a consultation request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Invoices and payments
Payment links are created for individual customer invoices and shared directly rather than listed in the public website navigation. When we publish an invoice for payment, the customer name, email address, invoice number, services, amounts, tax information, due date, and notes are sent to Square so Square can host the invoice and process payment. Seguro Tech stores the Square customer, order, and invoice references, payment status, amount paid, and private payment link so we can match each payment to the correct customer and work. Card and bank-account details are entered on Square's hosted page and are not received or stored by Seguro Tech.
Website data and cookies
The public website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising, or cross-site tracking. Our private staff tools require sign-in. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security events, to deliver and protect the website.
Website measurement and your choices
Our basic measurement stores daily public-page view counts and estimated active seconds without visitor identifiers. It excludes staff pages, full URLs, form contents, and raw IP addresses. It honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
If you choose Allow optional analytics, we also use a random browser identifier stored for up to 90 days and a browser-tab visit identifier that expires after 30 minutes without activity. We store hashed identifiers, visit dates, the last public page, whether services or the consultation form were used, and whether an inquiry was submitted. We do not store a sequence of pages or individual browsing history.
Optional reports include broad source categories (search, direct, social, referral, ads, email, or unknown), broad device and browser categories, and approximate US state supplied by our hosting provider. No city, raw IP, full referrer URL, or campaign parameter is stored in analytics. Device categories are derived in your browser; we do not retain the full user agent.
With your consent, a submitted inquiry is associated with its visit and source to understand service demand. Your company and service selection are business inquiry information. Visitor identifiers and visit associations expire after 90 days; aggregate business source and service records can remain with the inquiry. Withdrawal requests removal of this browser's optional visit records and linked source attribution when the request can reach our server. It cannot remove records from another device or browser.
Use Privacy choices to decline or withdraw optional analytics. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control by disabling collection. Unique browsers are not unique people. Active time is estimated while a page is visible and focused and pauses after two minutes without interaction. Reports can undercount due to privacy choices, blockers, or network errors. Older records are removed on subsequent measurement submissions. Hosting and security records are separate.
