Privacy Policy

Information you provide

You can play with a local or guest profile, or create an optional online account if you are 13 or older. A local profile includes a player name and age. An online account can also include an email address or an Apple or Google sign-in identifier, a unique account ID, and authentication information handled by our account provider. Seguro Tech LLC does not receive your Apple, Google, or email password.

Gameplay information

Level progress, stars, scores, settings, earned credits, lives, power-ups, cosmetics, daily rewards, and collection progress are stored on your device. Wordfall Horizon does not currently provide cloud save for campaign progress. If you create an online account, your player name, age, account identifier, provider, and purchase-entitlement information may be processed online to provide sign-in, account deletion, purchases, and restore functionality.

Purchases

Apple processes payments for credit packs and the optional Remove Ads purchase. We use RevenueCat to retrieve App Store product information, confirm entitlements, and verify transactions. Our purchase service stores a signed-in account ID, App Store product and transaction identifiers, purchase date, sandbox status, and purchased-credit balance to prevent duplicate grants and provide the item you bought. Seguro Tech LLC does not receive your card number. In-game credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside Wordfall Horizon.

Advertising and consent

Eligible players may see interstitial ads and may choose to watch a rewarded ad for an in-game benefit. Wordfall Horizon uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s consent tools. The app requests non-personalized ads, checks whether ads may be requested, and does not show ads to guest or unknown-age profiles or profiles declared under age 13. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, product interaction, advertising data, and diagnostics to deliver, measure, secure, and limit ads, subject to consent and applicable law. Purchasing Remove Ads disables interstitial and rewarded ads in the app.

Tracking and analytics

Wordfall Horizon does not include a separate analytics service and does not ask for Apple’s permission to track activity across other companies’ apps or websites. We configure advertising requests as non-personalized. Service providers may still process limited device, usage, purchase, and diagnostic information for app functionality, fraud prevention, security, and service performance.

Service providers and disclosure

We use Supabase for authentication and server-side account functions, RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement management, Google Mobile Ads for advertising and consent, and Apple or Google when you choose their sign-in or payment services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our services, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Audio and device features

The app plays bundled music and sound effects and can provide haptic feedback. It does not request microphone, camera, contacts, precise location, or photo-library access for gameplay.

Children

Wordfall Horizon is intended for a general audience and is not submitted to Apple’s Kids Category. Online accounts are limited to players age 13 or older. Players under 13 can use local play, and the app does not request ads for profiles declared under 13. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information at privacy@segurotechs.com.

Retention and deletion

Local gameplay information remains on the device until the app’s data is cleared or the app is deleted. Signed-in players can permanently delete their online account and associated Seguro Tech server data from Profile → Delete Account and Data. Apple authorization is revoked automatically when possible; the app provides instructions if manual removal in Apple ID settings is needed. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other providers may retain purchase, security, or backup records under their own legal and operational requirements.

Your choices

You can use local play without an online account, decline optional rewarded ads, purchase Remove Ads, manage advertising privacy options in Settings when available, sign out, or delete your account. You can contact us to ask a privacy question or request help exercising a privacy right.

Security and changes

We use access controls, authenticated server functions, and transaction verification designed to protect online account and purchase data. No system is completely secure. We may update this policy as Wordfall Horizon changes; the current date will appear above and material changes will be reflected before release when required.
